Rumors are hinting that Rihanna is quietly planning a comeback tour after her Super Bowl halftime show.  Rihanna has signed a deal with Live Nation allegedly worth $38.9 million.  In February, Rihanna hinted at a new album quoted saying “It’d be “ridiculous” if the new project didn’t arrive this year.”
